Grief & Loss Therapy

Grief is a natural response to loss, but the journey through grief is different for everyone. Whether you have experienced the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life transition, loss of health, infertility, miscarriage, or another significant life change, grief can bring a range of emotions that may feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate alone.

At our practice, we provide compassionate & support space...

...where individuals can process their loss, express their emotions, and find healthy ways to cope with the challenges of grief. We recognize that there is no "right" way to grieve and no set timeline for healing. Our goal is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experience and adjust to life after loss.

Grief counseling can help with:
  • Death of a loved one

  • Loss of a spouse, partner, family member, or friend

  • Divorce, separation, and relationship loss

  • Pregnancy loss, miscarriage, or infertility

  • Loss of health or changes in physical abilities

  • Career loss or major life transitions

  • Anticipatory grief and caregiving challenges

  • Feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, or loneliness

  • Difficulty adjusting to life after a significant loss

Through counseling, clients can gain support in understanding their grief, processing difficult emotions, honoring their loss, and developing coping strategies that promote healing and resilience. We utilize evidence-based and person-centered approaches to meet each individual where they are in their grief journey.

While grief may change over time, healing is possible. You do not have to carry the weight of loss alone.

Our hope is to help you find comfort, strength, and meaning as you navigate your path toward healing and learn to move forward while honoring what has been lost.
