- 04Cancellations will be subject to the late cancellation fee of $75 IF NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session your session will be considered a no show and you will be subject to a no show fee of $150.

- 09We offer a 15 minute grace period for in person and virtual sessions. After that you will be charged a no show fee of $150.
- 10Candidates applying for LCSW licensure must hold an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and complete 3,000 hours of supervised professional clinical practice over a period of 24 to 48 months. Supervision at LMB Wellness Services supports this by providing the necessary clinical oversight from a board-approved supervisor (LCSW-S) to ensure associates meet state standards while developing their clinical skills.

- 14Yes. To accommodate busy schedules, several of our clinicians offer extended hours, including evening appointments as late as 7:00 PM and Saturday availability from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
