Meet the Founder

Leticia Bhola

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Supervisor

Leticia Bhola, LCSW-S, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and the owner of LMB Wellness Services. Originally born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Leticia relocated to Texas over a decade ago, bringing with her a deep-rooted passion for advocacy, healing, and community-based care. Leticia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University and her Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University (SUNY).

 

Committed to the growth and sustainability of the social work profession, Leticia obtained her Clinical Supervision Certification, allowing her to mentor and support emerging social workers as they work toward licensure. She believes in empowering clinicians not only to develop clinical competence, but also confidence and longevity in the field.

 

Through LMB Wellness Services, Leticia is passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and healing journeys. She is dedicated to creating meaningful, positive change through compassionate, culturally responsive care offered both virtually and in person.

Jennifer Lattimore, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Jennifer Lattimore is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas with experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both school and therapeutic settings. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and safe environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to overcome life’s challenges. Jennifer has experience providing both individual and group therapy services to clients with a variety of mental health, behavioral, and developmental needs.

Jennifer utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her compassionate and collaborative approach allows her to build strong therapeutic relationships that encourage healing, growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Jennifer is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities. She is dedicated to helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, communication skills, coping strategies, self-esteem, and healthy relationships while supporting families throughout the therapeutic process.

Licensed Professional Counselor

Montoria Liggans is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and Virginia with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Montoria utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered techniques to create individualized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs and goals. Her ability to build strong therapeutic relationships allows clients to feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

She is passionate about helping individuals develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and create more fulfilling relationships. Montoria is committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, overcome obstacles, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
